The Hearing & Speech Center provides a variety of audiological services to all member of the Gallaudet community and residents of the Washington DC metropolitan area. Services are provided by graduate student clinicians in the Au.D. program who are supervised by American Speech, Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) certified audiologists. The Hearing & Speech Center is located on the campus of Gallaudet University on the first floor of the Mary Thornberry Building.
Gallaudet University faculty, staff and students currently receive some services free of charge. A discounted cost is offered for hearing aids and earmolds.
Most services are by appointment only and payment for services is expected at time of visit. Please contact Shari Parks, the office manager at 202-651-5328 (v/tty) 202-651-7328 (vp) to schedule an appointment or to inquire about specific fees.
